Commissioner Weipert is married to Pam. He has resided in South Lyon for more than 20 years. His owns the Law Office of Philip J. Weipert of South Lyon. He is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School 1988 with a J.D. He graduated in 1983 from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a B.A. and he is a 1978 graduate of Detroit Catholic High School.
