The 6th Judicial Circuit Court and Oakland County Clerk's Office are proud to present Wiznet E-File&Serve. Attorneys and self-represented parties are now be able to eFile their legal documents to the court and electronically serve those documents to opposing counsel.
Pursuant to Administrative Order 2007-3mandatory eFiling will be required on all "C" and "N" case types for:

IMPORTANT: Effective November 29, 2007, all praecipes on efiling cases must be submitted through the Oakland County ePraecipe application. Hearings will no longer be scheduled if the praecipes are submitted through the eFiling program as part of the pleading. A tutorial is available and there is no fee to file a praecipe in this manner.
Training and support for eFiling will be conducted by Wiznet for attorneys, support staff and individuals. You may contact Wiznet at any time at 1-800-297-5377 or support@wiznet.com. Frequently Asked Questions are available on the Wiznet login page.
Walk-in training sessions, offered on the hour, will be available at the 6th Judicial Circuit Court, 1200 N. Telegraph, Pontiac. Dates and times available for training at the court are:
