Vital Records Payment and Shipping Information
Your credit card is authorized for the amount charged at the end of your transaction.
Only when the Clerk's Office fulfills your request, and your record(s) have been mailed, will your credit card be charged for the amount of the transaction. Accepted forms of online payment include:
 Visa
 MasterCard
 Discover
Certified Copies of birth, marriage and death records are $15.00 each for the first copy, and $5.00 for each additional copy of the same record. A fee of $5.00 is applied when ordering online as an Enhanced Access charge that is applied to the recovery of costs associated with technology investments related to this service.
Shipping Options:
Express Mail: This shipping option guarantees delivery in one (1) to two (2) business days from receipt at the post office. The cost is $16.50. Orders will be processed and mailed from our office the next business day. This option is available for orders within the continental U.S. only. Please note: This is not overnight delivery.
Regular Mail: This shipping option is free of charge and should arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
