The Register of Deeds Office creates a public record for all land situated in Oakland County. This includes deeds, mortgages, foreclosure records and personal property filings known as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) transactions. By using the Landaccess.com service below you can obtain copies of any recorded document(s) back to January 1, 1964 with the exception of subdivision plat maps.
