Sentencing Options - CHEC

The Court Holiday Enforcement for the Community (CHEC) is an alcohol testing program.  Defendant's sentenced to probation on an alcohol related driving charge along with a no alcohol provision are ordered to the program.  The testing is usually done at JAMS locations.  The following is a list of testing occasions:
