2003 GIS Professional Services Blanket Purchasing Program Renewal
The Oakland County GIS Utility and representatives from Oakland County cities, villages, and townships (CVTs) have finished reviewing fifteen (15) RFP responses in order to select qualified vendors for the GIS Professional Services Blanket Purchasing Program renewal. Through a RFP process in early 2003, qualified GIS vendors were solicited in four (4) GIS service areas: Project Management, Data Management, Application Development and Training/Support. The Professional Services Contracts, established by the Purchasing Program, will be accessible to the Oakland County GIS Utility and will help supplement GIS work being done in Oakland County's CVTs. Vendors selected to provide GIS services will coordinate GIS development efforts with the GIS Utility. Project descriptions and any deliverable document will be cataloged on the GIS Utility website.
