Oakland County Health Division Flu Shots 2008-2009

Adults and children over six months of age can get their flu shot at any of the Oakland County Health Division offices.


LOCATIONS AND HOURS

·         Pontiac: 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., in the Oakland County Complex, Bldg. 36 East.

·         Southfield: 27725 Greenfield Rd., North of 11 Mile Rd., at Catalpa Rd.

·         Walled Lake: 1010 E. West Maple Rd. at Pontiac Trail.

 

Office hours are Monday, 12:00 - 8:00 pm and Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

 

Outreach Clinics

  • November 3rd: Costick Activity Center
                    28600 Eleven Mile Rd., Farmington Hills
                    9:00 AM to 12 Noon.
  • November 6th: Troy Community Center
                    3179 Livernois, Troy
                    10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

 


COST/PAYMENT
Only $11.00

Payment Options: Only cash, Medicare or Medicaid are accepted.


WHAT TO BRING FOR QUICK AND EASY SERVICE
  • $11.00 cash, exact change, if possible
  • All insurance cards
  • Photo identification with current address
  • Wear a short sleeve shirt or shirt with a sleeve that can be rolled to the top of your arm


WHO CAN GET THE FLU SHOT?
Flu vaccine is not recommended for people who are allergic to eggs or flu vaccine; had a serious reaction to flu vaccine in the past; previously developed Guillain-Barre syndrome within six weeks of getting a flu shot; or who have a fever.
