- Financial help for uninsured, low-income citizens for substance abuse treatment.
- Accepts public comment regarding licensed substance abuse programs.

P.A.C.E. (Prior Authorization and Central Evaluation)
- Screening and assessment for alcohol and drug treatment for Oakland County residents with Medicaid or no insurance.
