The Human Resources department has direct oversight of the Employee Benefits, Retirement, Records, Information Systems, Recruitment, Compensation and Workforce Planning, Employee Development, and Labor Relation activities of Oakland County.  It is located in the Executive Office Building (EOB), Building 41 West, on the West side of Telegraph Road.
