Registration Information
Organization Billing Registration
A one-time Organization Billing Registration (file size 21k) must be received prior to individual enrollment requests. This form will serve as billing authorization and will be used for all employees within your organization. This information can be faxed to HR Training at 248-452-9893. Course Registration
Once an organization has provided authorization for payment of courses, individual employees may submit a Course Registration Form (file size 57k) to enroll in training. This form is used to request individual enrollment in Oakland County HR Training courses.
Confirmation Information
Submission of the Course Registration Form does not guarantee a reserved space in the class session requested. Participants are registered on a first come, first served basis. If space is available in the requested session, HR Training will send an e-mail to registered participants three weeks prior to the course session to confirm enrollment.
Cancellation Policies and Procedures
Organizations will be billed for individuals who are enrolled and confirmed in the class. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy and Procedure (file size 178k) for detailed information on our Cancellation Policy, Enrollment Statuses and Billing Procedures.
It is the policy of Oakland County to cancel course sessions two weeks prior to the course date when the number of confirmed participants has not reached the minimum number of participants required to run the course. Individuals enrolled in training will be notified of course cancellations via the email address included on their Course Registration Form. The status of individuals cancelled from training courses due to low enrollment will appear on the detail attached to the monthly invoices as 'Cancelled'.
Registration Approval
It is the responsibility of the employee requesting training to inform their supervisor of training dates and costs. We are unable to confirm authorization for payment of each course session prior to individual enrollments.
Reporting Information
A status report of individual training completions accompanies each monthly invoice. Organizations can request status reports of training completions if needed by contacting Stephanie Mackey at mackeys@oakgov.com or 248-858-4638.
