Youth Development

Fun and educational experiences are available to youth in urban, suburban and rural areas of Oakland County.  Adults and older youth are recruited and trained to volunteer with young people in order to provide experiences that help them reach their full potential and become active and productive members of their communities.

Programming is offered through clubs, after/outside-school activities, leadership institutes, field experiences, international exchanges and much more.  Staff works in communities to help adults understand their roles in creating environments that value young people and facilitate the development of the assets they need to be happy, healthy, successful adults.
