How do I obtain a parcel map or aerial photograph?

You can visit the One Stop Shop in person to obtain parcel maps and aerial photographs. These maps are available through an easy-to-use, computer mapping system (Oakmap) which allows you to select the size, scale and orientation of your maps to meet your needs.  You may also purchase parcel maps online through our products page.

Can I get view/print parcel maps online?

Not at this time. In order to obtain a high quality parcel map or aerial photograph, you must visit the One Stop Shop in person or purchase parcel maps online.  Maps purchased online are printed here and are available to be shipped or picked up at the Oakland County One Stop Shop (directions).

Do you provide map information in digital format?

Yes.  Raster information is provided in .tif and Mr. SID format and vector data is provided in ESRI shapefile format.  The price for this information is $1/MB for raster data and $10/MB for vector data.  Prices vary depending on the size of the geographic area of interest.

There is no definite accuracy related to parcel boundaries. The information shown on these maps is for representation purposes only and is not intended to be a legally recorded map or survey. The information was compiled from a number of sources including recorded deeds, plats, tax maps surveys and other public records and data. Users of this data should consult the information sources listed above for verification of the information.
