Oakland County's Trails & Paths


Oakland County's Linked Trail & Path Network has evolved from local vision applied countywide. Oakland County Planning and Economic Development Services first assisted in the planning for the Paint Creek Trail in the 1980's, followed by the development of a concept for a countywide system of linked trails and paths.
