To aid communities working on their master plans, the following outline has been prepared.  It shows the main chapter headings of a typical master plan and, where available, provides links to data that can be used as a starting point to address the topic.

The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) has a vast amount of information beyond what is listed in this directory.  Notably, there is a custom report tool that allows users to quickly access the most requested data for their community.
