Downtown Ferndale

Downtown Ferndale is located just south of I-696 at the crossroads of Nine Mile and Woodward Avenue, a national heritage route, in Southeast Oakland County.

Mission: To create a vibrant urban downtown district in Ferndale by promoting economic growth and preventing or correcting deterioration through the implementation of economic restructuring, design, communications, marketing and organizational plans developed by the Ferndale DDA Board of Directors, business owners, property owners, residents and volunteers within Downtown Ferndale.
