The current entrance being used for visitation will be permanently closed. The entrance currently identified as "Inmate & Visitation Information" will be the new main entrance for visitors. Visiting hours for professionals will be Monday thru Friday 7am until 9pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 9pm. All professionals shall be out of the building by 9pm.
There will be significant changes to the inmate visitation procedure for family and friends. The new video visitation system will be implemented as of May 14, 2008. All inmate visits will continue to be scheduled on an appointment basis only. May 12th and 13th the visitation area will be open for professionals and money drop off only.
There will no longer be visitation on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for professional visits. The visiting times for family and friends will be Wednesday thru Friday 1pm until 9pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 5pm. The schedule below indicates the new days for visiting based on the inmate's last name.
ALL VISITS CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR MAY 12th & 13th WILL BE CANCELLED AND NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED BASED ON THE NEW VISITING DATES AND TIMES.
Visit requests must be turned in 5-days prior to visit. All inmate visits are 30 minutes in length. Trusties are allowed two 30 minute visits per week. Visitors must arrive with a current valid State issued I.D. fifteen (15) minutes prior to the appointment time. If the visitor does not show-up for the scheduled visit the missed visit will count as a visit for the week. If the visitor is late visiting time is lost. The video visitation unit will shut off automatically after 30 minutes. The visitation week starts on Wednesday and runs through Sunday.
