Gary Nigro, P.E., is the Water Resources Office project engineer assigned to the project. Engineering design for the project is being provided by the Army Corps of Engineers. The estimated project cost of the project is $500,000. A summer 2010 bid date is scheduled. The project will be funded by an Army Corps of Engineers grant.
